Traditional Owners groups have the right to make decisions about things that affect them.
Our services support this self-determination by:
- Adding to Traditional Owner Corporations’ capabilities and capacity
- Identifying opportunities for Traditional Owner Corporations to progress their rights
- Increasing recognition of Traditional Owner Corporations’ authority and value in government and regulatory settings.
The Federation works with Traditional Owner groups, government departments, and others with an interest in making sure Traditional Owners are strong on Country to design and deliver work that progresses self-determination.
