The Federation welcomed the opportunity to make a submission on the Commonwealth Government’s draft framework for other effective area-based conservation measures (OECMs) in April 2024.
Following our submission to the Draft Principles in April 2023, our focus remains on ensuring OECMs respond to a rights-based approach for Victorian Traditional Owners.
